Location & Commitments
Location: Franklin, Indiana
Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt
Schedule: Mon-Fri, with flexibility for night shifts or weekends as needed; 40+ hrs

Responsibilities
Reports to: Plumbing Service Manager
Diagnose and repair drain issues including clogs, leaks, and blockages
Install and maintain drainage systems, including piping, traps, and vents
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of drainage systems to prevent issues
Use specialized equipment such as drain snakes, hydro-jetters, and camera inspection tools
Follow site safety protocols and regulations
Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions
Prepare and maintain records of work performed and materials used
Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently
What We Are Looking For
High School Diploma/GED is required
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Must be able to lift up to (weight)
High level of customer service
Go-getter mentality and ambitious
High attention to detail and good organization skills
Good computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and winner mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level
